Trinity Men’s Golf Places Fifth at John Bohmann Memorial

Seguin, Texas -  The 36th-ranked Trinity men's golf team shot a third-round 290 Tuesday and finished fifth at the John Bohmann Memorial Invitational at Starcke Park Municipal Course.

 

HIGHLIGHTS

The Tigers carded an 875 three-round total and were just one stroke behind fourth-place University of Dallas (TX). Trinity finished two strokes in back of the host Texas Lutheran University, which placed third. Concordia (TX) University and Southwestern (TX) University took the top-two slots in the nine-team field.

Dawson Dally shot a par-71 and finished in a tie for third place, up from the #5 position. Dally completed the event with a 1-over 214, and earned All-Tournament recognition.

Peyton Bartee rose from a tie for 27th after shooting a third-round par and finished in a tie for 11th at 5-over 218. Corbin Cormier came in tied at #20.

Trinity will compete October 2-3 at the Crusader Collegiate Invitational in Killeen, Texas.
