San Antonio - The third-ranked Trinity women's soccer team completed its Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference weekend with a 4-0 shutout of Texas Lutheran University on Sunday afternoon.

That score sparked two more goals in the first half, beginning with Tierney Thomison's score in the 33rd minute of play.

Just six minutes later, Meredith Licata found Halleanne Dure for the final score of the half, and a 3-0 halftime lead for the Tigers.

Brigitte Taylor capped the game's scoring early in the second half, assisted by Farra.

The Tigers are undefeated on the season with a 10-0-0 record, and stand at 5-0-0 in conference play. The Bulldogs dropped to 4-3-3 and 2-2-2 SCAC. Trinity and Texas Lutheran will meet again October 23 in Seguin, Texas.

Trinity posted its seventh shutout of the season, and fourth in a row. The Tigers have allowed their opponents to score only three times over 10 games.
