Led by second-year Head Coach Dylan Harrison, Trinity (18-1-0) meets #22 University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (TX) (16-3-1) at 1:30 p.m. in the first round. Fifth-ranked Hardin-Simmons (19-0-0) plays Methodist (NC) University (9-10-0) in the other first-round matchup. The winners advance to Sunday's 1:00 p.m. second-round game.

The NCAA Sectionals are set for November 17-19 at a site to be determined. The Semifinals and Final will be held December 1-2 at Greensboro, North Carolina.

The Tigers are competing in their 23rd NCAA Tournament and ninth in a row. Trinity has finished as NCAA runner-up and taken third place on two occasions.

Trinity secured its NCAA berth by capturing the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship last weekend in Shreveport, Louisiana. It marked Trinity's ninth consecutive SCAC title and the 22nd overall.

Last season, the Tigers opened the NCAA postseason event in Bloomington, Illinois, and claimed first and second-round wins over Mount Union (OH) College and Hanover (IN) College. Trinity hosted the NCAA Sectionals the following weekend and defeated Penn State-Berks in the Round of 16. The Tigers were edged in the Quarterfinals by eventual champion Washington University in St. Louis (MO).
