Box Score San Antonio - Trinity University Tigers junior
All-America women's cross country runner Caitlin Masse of Katy, (Cinco Ranch), will be featured
on "CBS Sports Presents Championships of the NCAA" on Saturday,
Dec. 26.
The one-hour program, which shows highlights of 10 NCAA fall
championships, will air at 1:30 p.m. Eastern. Additional

Masse finished eighth at last month's NCAA Division III Women's
Cross Country Championships at Highland Hills, Ohio, with a 6k time
of 22:21.7. It marked the best-ever finish by a Trinity Tiger cross
country runner, male or female, in NCAA competition.
She qualified for nationals by capturing the NCAA
South/Southeast Regional, with a time of 22:56, at Greensboro, N.C.
Masse also picked up United States Track and Field and Cross
Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Regional Women's Athlete of
the Year honors following her course-breaking time on the Guilford
College route.
The Tiger men and women are coached by Jenny
Breuer, who guided her women's team to a sixth-place
finish at the 2008 NCAA Championships.
