San Antonio - The Trinity University Tigers men's and women's cross country teams, led by Head Coach Jenny Breuer, have received high regional rankings from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
 
Trinity's men are ranked No. 1 in the Division III South/Southeast Region (from No. 3), and the Tiger women are  ranked fifth.

Both Tiger teams have had successful seasons, each winning the last two meets consecutively: the Texas DIII Little State Championships in Seguin, Texas, and the UIW Invitational in San Antonio.

Next up for the Tigers is the Arkansas Chili Pepper Invitational Oct. 16 at Fayetteville, Ark. Trinity will host the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships Oct. 30, on the campus of Texas Lutheran University in Seguin.
