San Antonio - The Trinity University Tigers men's and women's cross country teams have received high national and regional rankings in the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division III Poll.
 
Trinity's women's team entered the national poll, and are ranked No. 33. The Tigers moved up to the No. 2 slot in the South/Southeast Region, after previously being ranked fourth.
 
The Tiger men are now ranked fifth in the South/Southeast Region, up from the No. 6 position.
 
Trinity's women captured their Trinity University Hokum Karem Relay, and the Texas DIII Little State Championship this season. The Tiger men also won the Hokum Karem Relay, and finished as runners-up at the Little State Championships.
 
Jenny Breuer is the head coach of both Tiger teams, who will compete Saturday at the UIW Invitational in San Antonio.
