San Antonio - Trinity senior Molly McCullough has been selected as the first Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week.

The Tiger All-American won the Trinity-hosted Alamo City Opener last week at San Antonio's Olmos Basin Park. McCullough posted a 5k time of 18:32.8 and paced a group of six Trinity runners who finished in the top-10. The Tiger women outscored Our Lady of the Lake (TX) University 19 to 41 in the team competition.

Trinity's women's and men's cross country teams will compete in the Our Lady of the Lake Collegiate Invitational Saturday at San Antonio's Mission del Lago Golf Course.
