San Antonio - Trinity leads the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Presidents’ Trophy standings at the completion of the fall season.
The Tigers won regular-season championships in women’s soccer and volleyball, placed second in men’s and women’s cross country, and fourth in men’s soccer. Trinity has chalked up 207.5 points and leads second-place Colorado College by 20 points.
The Presidents’ Trophy is a 300-pound railroad bell awarded each year to the best overall program in the conference. Last year, Trinity won the coveted trophy for a record eighth consecutive time. The Tigers have captured “The Bell” 19 times, more than any one institution in conference history.
