Trinity University

Ben Whittemore will begin his first season as an assistant coach with the Trinity men’s and women’s cross country programs for the 2025-26 season. 

A native of Georgetown, Texas, Coach Whittemore graduated from Trinity in 2023 with a degree in accounting. He finished his collegiate career ranked second in program history in the 8k and 10th in the 1500m. Whittemore was a SCAC champion in the 5000m in 2022, a six-time All-SCAC performer in cross country and track, and a key contributor to multiple SCAC team titles. 

Whittemore also excelled academically as he was a College Sports Communicators Academic All-District selection, a seven-time SCAC Academic Honor Roll honoree and a two-time Trinity Dean’s List recipient.
