That includes the women's team winning the 2022 NCAA III Championship, while the men finished as the runner-up last year. Coach Lang also helped bring North Coast Athletic Conference titles in 2022 (women) and 2023 (men) during his time.
In addition to his coaching experience at Kenyon, Coach Lang spent two years as the head coach of the Manistee Swim Team and one season as the interim head coach at Manistee High School. He also served two seasons as an assistant coach at SERF Swim Club in Gambier, Ohio. At Manistee HS, he led his athletes in breaking seven school records, winning just the second conference title in program history, and sent the most athletes in school history to the state finals.
