San Antonio - The Trinity women's soccer team is now ranked 19th in the NCAA Division III by the latest Top-25 Poll.

The Tigers rose two positions from the last poll, and United Soccer Coaches ranked Trinity earlier this week at the #25 slot.

Led by Head Coach Dylan Harrison, the Tigers stand at 7-2-0 overall and 1-0-0 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC). Trinity won its only game last week, posting its sixth shutout of the season with a 4-0 SCAC victory over Schreiner (TX) University. The Tigers have also won four of their last five matchups.

The prolific Trinity offense has scored 28 goals over nine games (3.1/game), while the defense has allowed only four (.44/game). The Tigers have taken 88 shots on the mark (9.78/game) and the opposition has 21 (2.33/game).

Madison Horner is the team's leading scorer with four goals and has posted two game-winners. Camryn Beall, Kristen Canepa, Kristen Coniglione, and Kaity Ward each has scored three goals this season.

Lindsey Peng and Nyah Shepherd are tops in assists with five each, while Kaity Ward has registered four. Goalkeeper Paige Wallace has permitted only four goals (.48 GAA) and has saved 17 shots.

Trinity returns to SCAC action this weekend by hosting two games. First up is the University of St. Thomas (TX) Friday night, followed by a Sunday afternoon game with Centenary (LA) College.
