Madeline Trudnak is in her first year as Assistant Equipment Manager at Trinity University during the 2025-26 school year.
She most recently served as Assistant Athletic Materials Manager at Christopher Newport University from 2022–2024, where she prepared and monitored the equipment budget, supervised student workers, coordinated laundry and repair, and managed the purchase, distribution, and tracking of uniforms and gear. She also traveled with teams to oversee equipment needs during competition and collaborated directly with several national championship programs.
Prior to CNU, she worked with Florida Atlantic University Football as both an Equipment Manager and Front Office Volunteer from 2019–2021. In those roles, she assisted coaches at practices, set up and broke down fields, prepared locker rooms for games, maintained football equipment, and provided administrative support, including hosting prospective student-athletes and families on game days. Additionally, Madeline has experience in health and recreation support, serving as a Recreation Assistant at Atlantic Coast Physical Therapy and as a Golf Cart Attendant at Marsh Landing Country Club, where she developed organizational and customer service skills.
Throughout her career, Madeline has supported multiple championship-level programs. At Christopher Newport, she worked directly with three NCAA Division III National Championship teams: women’s soccer in 2021, softball in 2022, and men’s basketball in 2023. She also holds CPR certification and has been consistently recognized for her ability to provide reliable support in high-pressure environments while contributing to team success.
Madeline earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.
