Box Score 1 | Box Score 2

San Antonio – Megan Richman, an outside hitter on the Mayfield High School volleyball team, will become a member of the Trinity University Tigers program in August.

Richman earned numerous honors while playing for the Wildcats: All-Ohio Honorable mention, Northeast Ohio Conference Player of the Year, All-District First Team, and the News-Herald First Team.

She was a two-time Chardon Hilltopper All-Tournament Team selection, the Mayfield Invitational MVP, and a Wendy's High School Heisman winner.  Richman is also the Wildcats' record-holder for most kills in a season, with 323, and led the team to the conference championship for the first time in school history.

The Trinity Tigers are one of the most successful teams in the NCAA Division III. Led by Julie Jenkins, who will start her 26th season as Trinity's head coach, the Tigers have advanced to the NCAA playoffs for 18 consecutive years.

In 2009, the Tigers advanced to the NCAA quarterfinals, for the fifth time, and earned a ranking of No. 8 in the nation. Trinity, which has been an NCAA finalist, has also captured 15 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships.
