San Antonio - Trinity senior Brigette Lee has been tabbed as the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Golfer of the Week.

Lee turned in an excellent performance at last week's George Fox Westbrook Invitational at Peoria, Arizona. The talented Lee shot a final-round 75, and tied for eighth place with a 9-over-par 151 at the Westbrook Village Golf Club - Lakes Course..

The competition was stiff, but the 26th-ranked Tigers finished in fourth place, with a 615, at the eight-team event. Trinity bettered its score by 11 strokes from the first day, and shot a final-round 302. The Tigers finished ahead of two higher-ranked teams, #20 Gustavus Adolphus (MN) College, and #25 Schreiner University.

Trinity will next compete in the DIII National Spring Preview April 4-5 in Houston, Texas.
