San Antonio – Trinity's women's soccer players Hannah Booher, Julia Camp, Chelsea Cole, and Julia Kelly were all named to the United Soccer Coaches Women's Scholar All-Region Team.
The four Tiger players led the team to a 19-2-0 overall record that included the program's 22nd Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship and 23rd appearance in the NCAA Playoffs.
Cole was named the SCAC Offensive Player of the Year after leading the Tigers with 19 overall goals and six game-winners this season. She was also chosen for the College Sports Information Directors of America Academic All-District First Team and was named First Team All-SCAC.
Kelly was the SCAC Defensive Player of the Year, leading a Trinity defense that allowed just six goals and posted 17 shutouts in 21 games. She also piled up 13 goals and two assists, finishing third on the team in goals. Kelly was a First Team All-West Region and Second Team All-America selection by the United Soccer Coaches.
Camp was also a CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team choice, as well as earning First Team All-SCAC honors. She was second on the Tiger team with 16 goals and 36 total points, which led to her being named a United Soccer Coaches First Team All-West Region and Third Team All-American player.
Booher finished the season with a career-best 17 assists to lead the Trinity team, as well as contributing to the team's defensive prowess to earn First Team All-SCAC and First Team United Soccer Coaches All-West Region honors. She is a two-time CoSIDA Academic All-American following her First Team selection this year, which was preceded by her earning CoSIDA Academic All-District honors.
Head Coach Dylan Harrison has seen the Tigers lose just one regular season game in his two seasons at the helm. He has led the team to back-to-back SCAC titles and a pair of NCAA Tournament appearances, including a trip to the NCAA Quarterfinals in 2016.
