Kerrville, Texas - The Tiger women's golf team shot a final-round 313 to finish in fourth place at the Schreiner Spring Shootout.

HIGHLIGHTS

Trinity improved its cumulative score by 18 strokes, and completed the two-round event with a 644. Trinity was just four strokes behind the tournament champion, the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (TX).

Four Trinity players finished in the top 20, led by Shelby DeVore's third-place position. DeVore carded a 5-over 77, for a two-round 156. She finished just two strokes behind the tournament winner, from Southwestern (TX) University.

Christine Campbell tied for sixth place, and Taylor Moser finished in a tie for 15. Emilee Strausburg tied for the #19 slot, while Elizabeth McGillivray, playing as an individual, tied for 27th place.

All of the Tigers players improved their scores from Monday's opening round.
