San Antonio - Trinity sophomores Ben Hanley and David Nickell have been selected for the All-Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Men's Basketball Honorable Mention Team.

The announcement was made at the SCAC Basketball Tournament Saturday at Schreiner (TX) University at Kerrville, Texas. Trinity (10-16, 8-10 SCAC) was the tournament's #5 seed and fell to host Schreiner in the quarterfinal game. 

Prior to the SCAC Tournament, Hanley led the Trinity team in scoring with 11.7 points per game. The Tiger guard is second in rebounds (5.6 per game) and assists (3.0 per game).

Nickell is the second-leading scorer with 9.0 points per matchup. The Trinity forward is the team's top rebounder with 6.0 boards per game.

The Tigers are led by Head Coach Pat Cunningham in his 21st season at the helm.
