Lawrenceville, Ga. – Tiger women's soccer junior Kaity Ward (Phoenix, Ariz. / Xavier Prep) has been named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week for the second consecutive week.

Ward scored the overtime game-winner to lift Trinity past the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas, on Saturday, March 20. Her goal broke a scoreless tie and came halfway through the extra period.

This season, Ward leads the Tigers with four goals and nine total points. Her goal against Dallas was her first game-winner this season and kept Trinity undefeated at 3-0-0. Ward has scored in three straight games for the Tigers, pushing her career totals to 16 goals and 17 assists. Saturday's game-winner was the fifth in her career.

Trinity returns to action on Monday, March 29, facing off against the University of St. Thomas (TX) at 7:00 p.m.
