Box Score GEORGETOWN - Trinity University Men's Basketball takes a big road win 75-64 against No. 23 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps on Sunday afternoon.
The Tigers (2-0) continued their hot start to the season. Junior
Jacob Harvey (Huffman, Texas / Hargrave) led the way for the Tigers with 19 points on 6-11 shooting. Making his mark on the game would be freshman
Christian Green (San Antonio, Texas / Veterans Memorial), collecting eight total boards and dropping 12 points. The Tigers would go on down 33-39 at the half, but put on an absolute show with 41 points in the second half and shooting 52% from the field. Of their 12 totals forced by the Tigers, 10 of those included a steal. The Tigers made Pablo Picasso proud, as they scored nearly half of their points in the paint. Overall, the Tigers came out of the Paul Peak Classic with two impressive victories.

Jimmy Smith. "Our defensive effort in the 2nd half was phenomenal and the guys did a great job of staying poised and playing together down the stretch. Excited for our first weekend of home games next weekend."
