CHICAGO – The 20th-ranked Tiger women's swimming & diving team had six individuals competing at the Midwest Invitational this weekend, wrapping up with several events on Saturday.
Trinity swam both the 200 medley relay and the 400 freestyle relay today, after having competed in the 400 medley relay on Friday.
Julie Schwam (Portland, Ore. / David Douglas),
Josie Gillentine (Heath, Texas / Rockwall Heath),
Caroline Myers (Austin, Texas Bowie), and
Emma Hagan (Overland Park, Kan. / Olathe East) finished second in the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:45.61 – the second-fastest time this season for the Tigers. Hagan also finished fourth in the 200 free individually with a time of 1:55.98.
Trinity won the 400 free relay and narrowly missed its best time of the year, falling short by just 0.04 seconds. The team of
Neely Burns (Phoenix, Ariz. / Thunderbird),
Audrey Jacobson (Dallas, Texas / School for the Talent and Gifted), Myers, and Hagan finished in 3:28.55 to win Saturday's race.

Alexis Radhakrishnan (Lexington, Ky. / Paul Laurence Dunbar will compete in the NCAA Regional Diving Championships at Emory University in Atlanta, Ga., on Friday and Saturday, February 24-25. Trinity will also await official selections for the NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships, held March 15-18 in Greensboro, N.C.
