Â
On the Texas Lutheran Bulldogs: The Bulldogs currently hold a 6-13 overall record (4-6 SCAC) this season. On the Southwestern Pirates: Southwestern has already matched last season's win total, holding a 2-17 overall record, including a 2-8 mark in SCAC play. The Pirates' two victories came against Texas Lutheran and Austin College. So far, they have been outscored 1,372 to 1,174 this season. While Southwestern shoots a respectable 44% from inside the paint, they have struggled from beyond the arc, making just 29% of their three-point attempts. Brock Luechtefeld is the only Pirate averaging double figures, leading the team with 12.5 points and 7 rebounds per game.
