GREENWOOD, Ind. – Trinity University's men's golf team had two student-athletes earn Academic All-District® honors for the 2024-25 season, as announced by the College Sports Communicators this week.
Graduate student
Jacob Mason (Westminster, Colo. / Holy Family) and junior
Carter Code (Calgary, Canada / Manning) are both repeat winners of the award. Code has secured the honor each of the last two years, while Mason is making his third straight appearance on the list. Mason was also a Second Team Academic All-American® in 2024.
Trinity finished as the runner-up at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships but earned an at-large berth to the NCAA Championships – qualifying for the third time in five seasons. The Tigers narrowly missed the cut at the national event but finished in a tie for 19th as a team.
The 2024-25 CSC Academic All-District® Men's and Women's At-Large teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes At-Large honorees in five divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA, and the College Division.
