Four Tiger Women's Golfers Named Scholar All-Americans

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Four Trinity University women's golfers were honored as Scholar All-Americans by the Women's Golf Coaches Association for the 2024-25 school year.

The WGCA announced nearly 1,500 student-athletes to earn the award from more than 400 schools. Golfers were required to maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 to be considered.

Tiger seniors Carmen Kennett (Missouri City, Texas / Ridge Point) and Kate Schulle (Cedar Park, Texas / Cedar Park), along with junior Jessica Mason (Westminster, Colo. / Holy Family) and first-year Peyton Flynn (Geismar, La. / Ascension Christian) made this year's list. Schulle and Mason were recognized for the second time in their careers, as both also received WGCA Scholar All-American accolades in 2023.

Trinity is led by Head Coach Shelby DeVore, who wrapped up her fourth season in charge of the Tiger women's golf team by leading the team to its fifth straight Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship and a fourth straight appearance in the NCAA Championships.
