SAN ANTONIO – The Trinity University women's soccer team scored four first-half goals and cruised to a 4-0 shutout of Oglethorpe University on Sunday, Oct. 18 at Paul McGinlay Field.
The Tigers (11-0-1) struck in the 13th minute and added goals in the 22nd, 29th and 40th minutes to take a commanding 4-0 lead into halftime. Trinity outshot the Stormy Petrels (4-6-2) 20-4, including a 7-1 edge in shots on goal, and held a 5-1 advantage on corner kicks.

Lilly Fant (Crownsville, Md. / Old Mill) capped the first-half outburst in the 40th minute, heading home a corner kick that
Hailey Schlosser (San Jose, Calif. / Branham) played to the back post.
