CANTON, Ga. – The Trinity University women's basketball team had six players voted to the All-Southern Athletic Association teams for the 2025-26 season, led by Head Coach
Cameron Hill and the SAA Coaching Staff of the Year.
The Tigers won the SAA Regular Season Championship in their first season in the conference, finishing with a 15-10 overall record and an 11-3 record in SAA play. Coach Hill picked up his 300th career win during the season, which is the most in Trinity women's basketball history. Coach Hill is joined by Assistant Coaches
John Franklin and
Cole Hill.
Earning a spot on the All-SAA First Team was senior
Kylie Minter (League City, Texas / Clear Springs), who leads the team in scoring with 16.1 points per game, while also pacing the Tigers in both assists (70) and steals (51). This is Minter's third career all-conference honor at Trinity, earning Second Team recognition the past two years. Sophomore
Livy Sauvageau (Houston, Texas / Second Baptist) snagged a spot on the All-SAA Second Team after finishing the regular season second on the team in scoring (14.2), which includes a league-best 38.9% three-point shooting percentage.
Three Tiger players were named All-SAA Honorable Mention, including seniors
Natalie Greenwood (Dallas, Texas / Byron Nelson) and
Skye O'Rourke (Austin, Texas / Vandegrift), as well as junior
Ivory Scott (Waco, Texas / Waco). It is the first all-conference honor for all three Trinity players. Additionally, senior
Elaine King (Cedar Park, Texas / Cedar Park) was named to the SAA All-Sportsmanship Team.
As the top seed at this weekend's SAA Tournament, Trinity received a first-round bye and will face off against the winner of #4 seed Oglethorpe University (GA) and #5 seed Berry College (GA) in the semifinals on Friday, February 27, at 5:00 p.m. (ET). The SAA Tournament Final is scheduled for Saturday, February 28, at 3:00 p.m. (ET).
