GREENWOOD, Ind. – Trinity University women's golfer
Jessica Mason (Westminster, Colo. / Holy Family) has been named an Academic All-American® by the College Sports Communicators.
Mason was voted to the Third Team and is Trinity's fifth Academic All-American® for the 2025-26 school year, which is the most in one year for the Tigers since 2013-14. She is also the first Trinity women's golfer to earn the honor since Brigette Lee was a Third Team honoree in both 2014-15 and 2015-16. Jessica also joins her brother
Jacob Mason as an Academic All-American® as he was a Second Team selection in 2023-24.
Mason earned her fourth WGCA All-America honor this spring and qualified as an individual for the NCAA Championships. She finished fourth in the tournament to earn the highest-ever finish by a Tiger women's golfer. Mason was also awarded the prestigious NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship. After being voted the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Year in 2024 and 2025, she was the Co-Player of the Year in the Southern Athletic Association in 2026 – Trinity's first year as a full-time member of the conference.
