WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – Trinity University's Men's Golf Team finished play at the NCAA Fall Preview at Kingsmill Resort's River course, hosted by Christopher Newport. The Tigers carded a +24 total team score, finishing T-12 in a strong national field. 

Andre Follmer (Austin, Texas / Lake Travis) led the Tigers with a three-under total, finishing T-12 for the event (75-65-70). Carding a one-under for today's final round, two out of three rounds of his rounds were under par, helping Trinity climb the leaderboard.

Jeffrey Forster (Santa Barbara, Calif. / San Marcos) finished today's final round with an even total of 72, rounding out the event with a one-under total (68-73-71). After a tough front nine today, he bounced back with a three-under 32 on the back, giving the Tigers a leg up in the competition. Forster finished T-22 for the event. 

Ethan Sullivan (Norfolk, Mass. / King Philip) rounded out the tournament with a seven-over total, completing his third round at six-over (71-72-77). Sullivan carded nine birdies and twenty-nine pars throughout the event, helping the Tigers remain consistent throughout the tournament. 

Sam Rossi (Los Angeles, Calif. Loyola) carded an eight-over 79, in today's final round, giving him final scores of (78-79-79). He carded two additional birdies in his final round, adding to Trinity's total of 36. 

Brody Grieb (Bend, Ore. / Summit) finished his final round with a nine-over, 80, rounding out his event with final scores of (82-77-80). His event was highlighted by his eagle on hole seven during round one, helping Trinity finish T-6 in eagles.

The Tigers will take on their home event, The Carla Spenkoch Invitational, from October 12-13 at the Quarry Golf Club.
