1. Favorite memory of TU volleyball so far?
Freshman year, we had a really bad weekend of games and were told to bring running shoes and a water bottle to practice the following Monday. Coach and Aly were super cryptic all Monday and the whole team assumed that we'd just be running the entire practice. Then we got to practice, were put into the travel vans, and driven to Top Golf, where we all just hit golf balls for an hour to blow off steam from that weekend.
2. Word of advice for the freshmen?
It goes so fast! work as hard as you can and don't give up if things get tough!
3. What are you majoring in?
Marketing with a minor in English
4. What was your internship this summer?
This summer I was a marketing intern for an export management company, that exports companies like Ghiradelli, Celestial Seasonings, and Ken's Salad Dressings internationally.
5. What are your tentative plans for after you graduate?
After I graduate I'm hoping to go to grad school and get my master's!
Junior (2017): Played in all 35 matches...led the team in aces (80) and digs (595)...also led the team in digs/set (4.95)...three-time SCAC Player of the Week...1st Team All-SCAC...career-best 34 digs against Cal Lutheran (9/2/17)...career-high 10 aces against Centenary (10/1/17)
Sophomore (2016): Played in all 35 matches...led the team in digs (571) this season...2nd on team in service aces (61)...set career-best (27) digs in a game against Colorado (9/24/16)
First Year (2015): Played in 34 matches...3rd on the team in service aces (40)...4th in digs (348)...3rd in reception attempts (467)...led the team with five aces against Austin College on 10/23/15
