Christian Haynes begins his first season as the Assistant Personnel and Recruiting Coach for the Trinity Football program.
Prior to joining Trinity, Haynes built a diverse portfolio of experience in football operations and player personnel. At UTSA), he served as a Football Operations and Recruiting Intern, where he supported the Director of Player Personnel. He gained further exposure to the professional football landscape through the Philadelphia Eagles’ Virtual Diversity Development Series, where he engaged with NFL executives on scouting, player engagement, and analytics. Most recently, Haynes served as a Kinder’s Texas Bowl Intern with the Houston Texans and Lone Star Sports & Entertainment. His operational experience also includes an internship with the Northern Texas PGA.
Haynes earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is currently pursuing his MBA in Sport and Entertainment Management at the University of North Texas, with an expected completion in Spring 2026.Â
