Quincy Williams

Quincy Williams joins the Trinity University football staff in 2025 as a Defensive Assistant, bringing over two decades of coaching and educational experience to the Tigers. He previously served as Head Football Coach and Campus Coordinator at Manor ISD (2013–2025), where he led athletic operations and developed a strong culture of safety, discipline, and student success.

Williams began his coaching career at Pflugerville ISD (2007–2013), working as a Special Education Behavior Instructor and Assistant Football Coach. His background includes extensive work in student mentorship, behavioral support, and academic recovery.

A U.S. Army veteran, Williams earned his B.A.S. in Sociology from Texas State University. He holds certifications in Physical Education EC–12, Electronics 8–12, and Media Technologies 8–12, and is a registered consultant with the Texas School Safety & Security Registry.

Williams is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the Texas High School Coaches Association and the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association.

He will be joining his son, Jackson Williams (#2), who is a senior football player at Trinity. Also accompanying Quincy at Trinity University will be his daughter, Bailey Rae, and his wife, Lisa, with whom he has been married for 22 years.
