San Antonio - Trinity's Wilson Lambeth has been tabbed as the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Week for the second time this season.

Lambeth went undefeated in singles and doubles in the 15th-ranked Tigers two road victories last week. Trinity defeated the host and 17th-ranked University of Texas-Tyler 7-2, and later beat #13 Whitman (WA) College 5-4.

The Tiger sophomore was victorious in #2 singles, and claimed wins in #1 doubles with Matt Tyer. This season, Lambeth stands at 10-10 in singles, including a 6-5 mark on the second line. Lambeth and Tyer are sporting an 11-9 record in the top doubles position.

Trinity (11-9) takes on the NCAA Division I University of Texas at San Antonio on Wednesday. The match gets under way at 5:00 p;.m. at the UTSA Tennis Center.
