Box Score San Antonio – The 14th-ranked Tiger women's basketball team blew past the University of Dallas (TX) with a 94-36 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference victory on Friday night.
GAME SUMMARY
Trinity allowed just seven points in each of the first two quarters and led 49-14 at halftime. The Tigers opened the game with 12 unanswered points and didn't allow a basket until the 1:45 mark of the first quarter.
Trinity took a 25-7 lead into the second quarter, which began with six straight points to push the lead beyond 20 points. After Dallas made back-to-back shots to cut it back to 19, the Tigers scored 11 in a row to take a 42-12 lead with 4:26 remaining in the first half.
The third quarter was the best of the night for Trinity, which scored 36 total points and led by as many as 62 with just over two minutes left. The Tigers were up 85-25 heading into the fourth quarter, but finished the game by edging Dallas 11-9 in the final 10 minutes.

The Tigers stand 17-3 overall and 12-1 in conference play this season, topping 90 points for the sixth time this season. Dallas falls to 3-17 overall and 1-12 after the loss.
Trinity has now won 18 consecutive meetings against Dallas and holds an overall record of 39-4 in the series (since 1991-92).
The game featured 14 Tiger players overall and each of them played at least 12 minutes in the game.
Abby Holland led the way in scoring with 18 points in just 15 minutes, hitting 7-12 from the field and 4-4 at the line. She also added six rebounds and three steals.
Hailey Coleman came off the bench with 14 points and a career-high 12 rebounds for her second career double-double. Coleman was 6-8 from the field in 17 minutes of action and also tied her career-best with five assists.
Ashlyn Milton had 16 points in 16 minutes off the bench, connecting on 6-10 shots and 4-8 from three-point range.
Jordan Rudd dished out a team-leading six assists in the game, while Kelly Simmons finished with six points and 10 boards.
Annie Wise just missed her first career double-double after putting up nine points and a career-high 10 rebounds in tonight's game.
Trinity recorded 21 steals and forced 33 turnovers in the game, holding Dallas under 23% shooting overall.
