SAN ANTONIO – No. 11 Trinity University Men's Tennis came out of the gates strong in Friday's match, winning 8-1 against No. 20 Colby College (ME).

The Tigers (8-4) swept all three doubles lines to go up 3-0 in the first session. Senior Hao Nguyen (Sugar Land, Texas / Strake Jesuit) and sophomore Eric Liao (Taipei, Taiwan / Boca Prep [FL]) posted a dominant 8-2 victory over the Northeast's tenth ranked doubles pairing from line one.

An 8-5 mark from line-two juniors Rob Chang (Aeia, Hawaii / 'Iolani School) and Dalton Locke (Humble, Texas / Kingwood) clinched the doubles lead while senior Cal Hunter (Lafayette, Calif. / Campolindo) and first-year Conor Kaczmarczyk (Aurora, Colo. / Regis Jesuit) finished off the doubles sweep with an 8-5 tally of their own.
