ROME, Ga. – The Trinity men's and women's tennis teams closed out their weekend at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Cup on Saturday, falling in the consolation round of singles and doubles.
The Tiger women's tennis doubles team of seniors
Ruth Hill (Abilene, Texas / Abilene) and
Olivia Kim (Phoenix, Ariz. / Desert Mountain) won the opening set 6-4 in the Consolation Semifinals, but fell short in a 7-6 (7-3) tiebreaker in the second. The doubles team of Ava Ll and Kamila Wong from Johns Hopkins University (MD) then went on to win the super tiebreaker 10-6 to clinch the win.

Ryan Warren (Keller, Texas / Connections Academy) was also in the Consolation Semifinals in the singles competition, but lost 6-2, 6-3 against Gage Gohl from Gustavus Adolphus College (MN).
