The Tigers (6-6) improved their winning streak to three with a 6-3 win. Trinity went 2-1 in doubles play and 4-2 in singles.
Aashish Dhanani (Austin, Texas / Westwood) and
Eric Liao ((Taipei, Taiwan / Boca Prep (Florida)) dropped their match in #1 doubles by a score of 5-8.
Jared Perry (Tucson, Arizona / Catalina Foothills) and
Ethan Flores (Houston, Texas / Clear Lake) worked hard to earn a close 8-6 win #2 singles while
Rob Chang (Aiea, Hawaii / 'Iolani School) and
Dalton Locke (Humble, Texas / Kingwood) dominated their doubles match, winning 8-2.Â

For singles, Perry won the #1 singles with a two-set win, 6-4 and 7-5.
Connor Whittington (Lake Oswego, Oregon / Lake Oswego) won the 6-4 in the first set of #2 singles, but would then drop the next two sets 4-6. Chang also fell in #3 singles by scores of 3-6 and 2-6. Dhanani had a tough first set, notching a 7-6 win in set one after edging out Wesleyan's #4 singles player 10-8 in the tiebreaker. Dhanani would then go on to take set two 6-3 to win the match. Flores stomped his competition 6-2 and 6-3 in #5 singles. Liao would also have a tough match, losing 3-6 in set one and then winning 6-2 in set two. In set three, Liao would win 1-0 by taking the tiebreaker by a score of 10-8.Â
