Trinity controlled the game from the start, building a 36-15 halftime lead before maintaining their advantage throughout the second half. The Tigers shot 43.3% from the field and 48.1% from three-point range, while limiting the Bulldogs to 41.1% shooting and just 12.0% from beyond the arc. Trinity capitalized on turnovers, scoring 25 points off Texas Lutheran's 19 giveaways, while also holding a 41-37 rebounding edge.

The Rundown
Trinity set the tone early, jumping out to a 9-0 lead within the first four minutes, fueled by a three-pointer from Millhouse and a layup from
Braxton Barry (Houston, Texas / Westbury Christian). The Tigers continued their dominance, forcing multiple turnovers and extending their lead to 25-9 by the midway point of the first half. A deep three-pointer from Harvey and a put-back from Fenn pushed the margin to 30-12 with just under four minutes left. In the closing moments of the half,
Will Bronson converted inside, and
Dean Balo (Dallas, Texas / JJ Pearce) sank free throws to give Trinity a commanding 36-15 lead at the break.
The second half saw Trinity maintain its grip on the game, with Harvey knocking down back-to-back threes to extend the lead to 45-18. TLU attempted to respond with a short run, but Trinity's depth proved too much, as Ruck, Bronson, and Fenn continued to contribute on both ends. Millhouse had a crucial sequence midway through the half, blocking a shot on defense before finishing on the other end with a strong layup. The Bulldogs made a late push, trimming the deficit to 21 points in the final minute but
Henry Thompson (Houston, Texas / Lamar) provided a late spark for Trinity, bringing energy to the team and the crowd while playing lockdown defense to help secure the win.
