Juliet Hood (Wexford, Pa. / North Allegheny) competed at the NCAA Diving Regional Championships for a chance to qualify for the NCAA Championships.
The two-day competition hosted by Emory University (GA) began with the 1-meter women's competition and Hood earned ninth place. Today's 3-meter event saw her finish 13th, meaning she fell short of qualifying for nationals as a first-year diving. Despite that, Hood was able to experience top Division III competition against outstanding divers in the region.
