No. 14 Tiger Women's Tennis returns to play for the spring season as they face Lewis & Clark College on Saturday.
Â
Last Time
Â
The Tigers finished their fall season by claiming regional titles in both singles and doubles.
Ruth Hill (Abilene, Texas / Abilene) was victorious in the singles final after defeating teammate
Trinity Levy (Camarillo, Calif. / Weil Tennis Academy). Hill paved her way to the Consolation Semifinals in the singles but fell to Angie Zhou of Pomona-Pitzer Colleges (CA). The Tigers swept the doubles after Hill and partner
Olivia Kim (Phoenix, Ariz. / Desert Mountain) held off fellow teammates Levy and
Lucy Nabedrick (Plymouth, Minn. / Wayzata) to win the doubles championship. Unfortunately for the Senior duo, the opposition proved too strong and fell short in the Consolation Semifinals.
