Jivana Caceres (Kyle, Texas / Hays), but the Tigers of Colorado College responded with timely baskets to secure the 69-52 victory.
Coach Speak
"That's a wrap on Colorado Springs. Funny we're both the Tigers, so we both play "eye of the tiger" during the pregame warm ups." said Coach
Cameron Hill. "Made me think of Rocky 2. Mickey teaches Rocky, a southpaw, to fight right handed to protect his injured eye. That's what the regular season has been like, fighting with the wrong hand to protect our vulnerabilities. Glad we're beyond that! Headed back home for a great week of prep then off to Dallas as to fight the right way!!!! ONWARD"
