San Antonio - Trinity's Raphael Martin and Molly McCullough have been selected as the respective Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's and Women's Track Athletes of the Week.

The two Tigers student-athletes set personal-best times last week at the University of the Incarnate Word Cardinal Invitational. Trinity was up against competitors from higher NCAA Divisions.

Martin finished fourth in the men's 200 meters with a personal-best time of 22.11 seconds, and is currently ranked second in the conference. Martin also ran the 100 meters in a personal-record 11.18 seconds, finishing 10th in the event, and he now stands sixth in the SCAC.

McCullough posted a personal-best time of 4:48.09 to finish fifth in the women's 1,500 meters, which is now third in the league.

Martin and McCullough will join their teammates Thursday and Friday at the Bryan Clay Invitational at Azusa Pacific (CA) University. Members of the Tiger teams will also compete Thursday at the McMurry Open in Abilene, Texas.
