CLEVELAND, Tenn. / KINGSVILLE, Texas – The Trinity track and field teams rounded out a quality weekend of racing today at Lee University and Texas A&M-Kingsville. The Tigers mixed up the program list, came away with a new school record in the women's 800-meter and built some solid momentum heading into the SAA Outdoor Championships.
Lee Fast Break Invitational Results
Kyle Fix (Wilmette, Ill. / New Trier) came back from last night's 1500-meter for a huge double in the men's 800-meter, setting a PR of 1:53.07 to take 20th overall, moving him into third in program history and 27th in Division III.
Jesus Rojas (Houston, Texas / Ridge Point) ran 1:58.15 for 57th overall.
Ciara Catton (Leander, Texas / Leander) also completed a massive double this weekend, taking 14th overall in the women's 800-meter in a school record of 2:15.02 to move into 33rd in Division III.
Emerson Voldan (Arlington, Texas / Mansfield Summit) was 19th in a PR of 2:17.07, keeping her in fourth in program history.
Josette Gurule (Santa Fe, N.M. / Academy for Technology and the Classics) was 27th in a PR of 2:19.48, her first time ducking under 2:20.

Sprints
Shifa Daredia (San Antonio, Texas / Johnson) took fifth in the women's 100-meter in a PR of 12.12, a time that would have ranked her fourth in school history had it been wind-legal.
Nia Scott (Dickinson, Texas / Dickinson) took seventh in 12.44.
Hudson McCulley (Katy, Texas / St. Pius X) was 14th in the men's 100-meter in a wind-assisted PR of 10.87, his first time under 11.00
Daredia was ninth in the women's 200-meter in 25.26.
Kris Duggan (San Antonio, Texas / Johnson) took 16th in the men's 200-meter in 23.31.
Halle Hamilton (Craig, Colo. / Moffat County) led the Tigers in the women's 400-meter, taking sixth in 1:00.84. In the men's 400-meter,
Jackson Gallagher (Ft. Worth, Texas / Southwest Christian) was 12th in 51.24, followed by
Ryan Forson in 13th in 51.60.
Hurdles
Ciandra Carrico (San Antonio, Texas / Johnson) ran a wind-assisted PR of 15.87 in the women's 100-meter hurdles to take eighth. Duggan was fifth in the men's 110-meter hurdles in 14.74, followed by
Kaleem Howard (Jacksboro, Texas / Jacksboro) in a wind-assisted PR of 15.02.
Avery Parvin (San Antonio, Texas / Providence) took sixth in the women's 400-meter hurdles in 1:10.47.
Mid-Distance
Annette Smith (Houston, Texas / Ridge Point) was first through the line for the Tigers in the women's 800-meter, taking second in 2:21.63.
Scarlett Berthelot (Tomball, Texas / Tomball) was fifth in 2:24.63.
Sebastian Langer (Houston, Texas / Clear Lake) took third in the men's 800-meter in 1:56.71, followed closely by
Shreyus Naik (Austin, Texas / Westwood) in fourth in 1:58.06 and
Bryce Williams (San Antonio, Texas / Reagan) in fifth in 1:59.18.
Stephanie Suarez (Harlingen, Texas / Harlingen) ran 5:06.49 in the women's 1500-meter for fifth.
Alex Marquez (Leander, Texas / Leander) took fifth in the men's 1500-meter in 4:06.44.
Relays
The men's 4x100-meter squad of McCulley, Duggan, Forson and
Orie Piken (Torrance, Calif. / West Torrance) took fourth in 42.54.
Jumps
Carrico took eighth in the women's long jump with a mark of 5.04m, followed by
Aleea Bridges (Albuquerque, N.M. / Albuquerque Academy) in ninth in 4.94m. Howard was fifth in the men's long jump in 6.75m. Carrico was also fifth in the women's triple jump in 10.76m.
Sophia Ortiz (Liberty Hill, Texas / Liberty Hill) cleared 1.58m in the women's high jump for fifth.
Christian Mullaney (Palisade, Colo. / Palisade) cleared 1.91m in the men's high jump for sixth, followed by
Andrew Mueller (Bakersfield, Calif. / Bakersfield Christian) in seventh with a mark of 1.86m.
Bridget Roth (Houston, Texas / Second Baptist) set a PR in the women's pole vault, clearing 3.52m to take second and move her into a tie for third in program history.
Boone Partee (New Braunfels, Texas / New Braunfels) cleared 4.01m for fifth in his collegiate debut of the men's pole vault.
Adrian Suarez (Carrollton, Texas / Greenhill) also cleared 4.01m for sixth.
Throws
Madeleine Seabolt (San Diego, Calif. / Mt. Carmel) led Trinity in the women's discus throw with a throw of 33.45m for eighth, followed by
Maria Bodden (San Antonio, Texas / Incarnate Word HS) in ninth with a throw of 32.49m.
John Michael Martin (Allen, Texas / Lovejoy) took fourth in the men's discus throw in 46.46m, followed by
Caydon Ferrell (Beaumont, Texas / Hamshire-Fannett) in fifth with a throw of 45.67m.
Trinity Jefferson (Spring, Texas / Klein Oak) took ninth in the women's shot put with a throw of 11.12m.
Aaron Chang (Fullerton, Calif. / Valley Christian) threw for 13.35m in the men's shot put for eighth, followed by Ferrell in ninth with a throw of 13.13m.
