San Antonio - Trinity sophomore Benjamin Creasy and junior Matt Love have been chosen as the respective Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Track & Field Athletes of the Week.

Each competitor helped guide the Tiger men to a runner-up team finish last Saturday at the Gobbler Collegiate Relays in Cuero, Texas. Creasy captured the 800 meters title, with a collegiate personal-best time of 1:59.44. Love turned in a PR mark of 50.05 meters, in winning the discus throw.

Trinity's men's and women's teams will be represented in two locations this weekend.

Junior Cody Hall and Britney Sullivan will compete in the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships Friday and Saturday at Naperville, Illinois. Hall will run the men's 60-meter hurdles race, while Sullivan is set for the women's triple jump. Team members will head to Corpus Christi, Texas, Saturday for the Islander Dash Collegiate Open.
