College Station, Texas - The Trinity men's and women's track & field team members turned in excellent performances Saturday at the Texas A&M Aggie Twilight indoor meet.

HIGHLIGHTS

First-year Sean Majors placed third in the men's long jump with a mark of 6.88 meters.

Peyton Tuggle finished 15th of 36 runners in the 200 meters event, crossing the finish line in 22.41 seconds. Tuggle was also 19th in the 60 meters preliminaries.

Robert Slaybaugh posted a throw of 14.39 meters in the shot put and came in seventh. Seve Rodriguez was 20th in the 400 meters race.

Abigail Bannon-Schneebeck finished in fifth place in the women's 400 meters, clocking in at 59.79 seconds, just .18 seconds behind a University of Texas runner. Mia Loseff placed eighth in the pole vault at 3.58 meters.
