San Antonio - Trinity's Wilson Lambeth and Jordan Pitts have been honored as the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Doubles Team of the Week.

Lambeth and Pitts posted 17th-ranked Trinity's only victory last week as the team lost 8-1 to #4 Emory (GA) University in Atlanta, Georgia. The Tiger tandem battled the Emory duo to an 8-7 (11-9) decision at #1 doubles, as Lambeth and Pitts improved their record to 9-2.

The win was especially significant because the Emory pair captured the Division III Championship at the ITA Oracle Cup last October in Rome, Georgia.

Trinity is competing in the Orlando, Florida area all week, including a pair of matches against teams ranked in the top 15 in Division III.
