Box Score 2 San Marcos, Texas - The 12th-ranked Trinity men's tennis team posted a pair of 9-0 wins over East Texas Baptist University and Schreiner (TX) University at San Marcos High School on Saturday.
HIGHLIGHTS
The Tigers have now won nine matches in a row and have chalked up an 11-6 overall record, with a 10-1 mark against NCAA Division III opponents.
East Texas Baptist dropped to 3-5 and Schreiner is 3-8.
Jordan Pitts and Cameron Krimbill played #1 doubles against East Texas Baptist, Christian Settles and Hao Nguyen were on the second line, while Wilson Hamilton and Artur Zigman represented the Tigers on the third.
All of the singles matches were straight sets wins for the Trinity players. Krimbill, Pitts, Hamilton, Nguyen, Settles, and Zigman were victorious.
The doubles lineup for the was the same for the matchup with Schreiner.
The singles order was changed, with Pitts playing the top line and Krimbill getting the nod on the second.
Nguyen played #3 singles, Hamilton had the honors on the fourth line, Zigman was the competitor in the fifth match, and Settles played the sixth.
Settles and Nguyen are sporting an undefeated 12-0 record as a doubles team. Krimbill and Pitts and Hamilton and Zigman each stand at 6-4 as duos.
Pitts is 10-6 as a singles player and Hamilton has an 8-4 record.
Nguyen, Settles, and Zigman each have amassed an 8-3 record.

The Tigers travel to Houston, Texas, Sunday to take on the University of St. Thomas (TX). The match will be played at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Park.
